Burrata is a fresh cheese, made from buffalo milk with a stretched curd, similar to mozzarella but with a much softer and more stringy texture and its flavor is sweet and buttery.
The burrata is handmade with a filling of whey cream and pieces of spun dough; the filling is called Stracciatella, since the pieces of dough are torn by hand, and is contained in a "bag" casing also made of spun dough.

The package consists of 4 pieces of 250 Gr.
