This format has already been cut by hand into irregular pieces to facilitate its use in the kitchen. It is ideal for baked recipes and dry pastas seasoned with thick meat or fish sauces, vegetables or tasty cheeses such as pecorino, provolone or caciocavallo. Also excellent with tomato-based vegetable sauces enriched with peppers, aubergines and courgettes.
