The olive tree, sacred to Minerva, was taken to Italy by the Greeks and the island of Ischia. The olive tree is one of the most vigorous and resistant trees of the Mediterranean, its persistent foliage green on top and silvery white on the bottom gives the hills of Ischia a magical atmosphere of light and color. It is the symbol of peace and health, in fact, for centuries the 'oil d' olive oil is used for its therapeutic properties.
Olive oil, due to its richness in polyunsaturated fatty acids and in particular to its high content of unsaponifiable squalene and phytosterols, has high emollient, softening and moisturizing properties. It plays an antioxidant protecting the skin from free radicals due to its polyphenol content. How to use: Apply an even layer of mask on face and neck after thorough cleansing of the skin using milk and tonic of the line "All'olivo." Leave on for 15-20 minutes and remove with a cotton ball soaked in olive toned.
