Artisan precooked polenta with truffle steam.
Ingredients: Corn Flour pre-cooked aroma of truffle, truffle, chive.
Suggestions:
Dose per person 50 Gr of product and 250 grams of water.
Bring to boil about 2 liters of salt water. Slowly pour the contents of the envelope, stirring until it reaches the density you desire.
Baking time 10 minutes.
When cooked, add an excellent extra virgin olive oil.
