The new line of semolina and stone-ground flour signed Selezione Casillo, is born from the conscious choice to create a flour of high quality that keeps in itself all the taste, the aromas and the organoleptic richness contained in each grain of wheat.

1. the use of carefully cured and selected wheat with experience and passion
2. the processing of the whole grain: endosperm, bran and germ in which all the nutritive principles of the grain are enclosed
