The Cantine del Notaio Aglianico L'Atto 75cl is a red wine with great personality, obtained from 100% Aglianico del Vulture grapes. The vinification takes place in stainless steel with a maceration of 5-6 days, followed by an aging of at least 12 months in volcanic tuff caves inside French oak barrels or tonneaux. With an intense ruby red color, it releases aromas of fresh red fruits and spices. On the palate it is balanced, with fine tannins, a harmonious structure and a pleasant persistence that recalls fresh fruit. Pairings and Service: It pairs perfectly with boiled meats, soups, first courses with meat sauces and medium-aged cheeses. For an optimal tasting, serve at 16-18 ° C.
