De Cecco Calamarata n° 129 is a short pasta shape from the Le Specialità range, inspired by Southern Italian culinary tradition. It is made exclusively with selected durum wheat semolina and cold mountain water, following the strict De Cecco Method.
The rough bronze drawing and slow low-temperature drying give the pasta a porous surface and firm structure, ideal for holding rich sauces. Its ring shape is perfect for fish-based sauces, seafood, tomato and vegetable preparations, ensuring even cooking and excellent al dente texture.
