De Cecco Lasagna n° 502 are pasta sheets from the Le Specialità range, designed for traditional baked lasagne recipes. They are made exclusively with selected durum wheat semolina and cold mountain water, following the strict De Cecco Method.

The rough bronze drawing and slow low-temperature drying provide strong, porous sheets that perfectly absorb sauces and béchamel without breaking during baking. The sheets can be used directly raw for oven cooking or briefly pre-boiled to shorten preparation time.
