De Cecco Pennette Rigate No. 241 are a premium short pasta shape designed to perfectly hold sauces thanks to their ridged surface. Made from selected durum wheat semolina and produced following the traditional De Cecco Method, they offer excellent firmness and authentic flavor.
The dough is prepared using cold mountain water from the Majella area and dried slowly at low temperatures to preserve taste and nutritional qualities. The rough bronze drawing creates a porous texture ideal for rich sauces, meat ragù, vegetable sauces, and baked pasta dishes.
