De Cecco Rombi n° 121 are a short pasta shape with a distinctive geometric form, ideal for light to medium-bodied sauces. They are made exclusively from selected durum wheat semolina and water, following the traditional De Cecco Method.
The rough bronze drawing gives the pasta a porous surface that holds sauces well, while slow low-temperature drying preserves the natural wheat flavor and ensures excellent cooking performance. The rhombus shape is particularly suited to vegetable sauces, butter-based recipes and delicate seasonings.
