De Cecco Spaghetti No.12 are produced using carefully selected durum wheat semolina and cold mountain water, following the traditional De Cecco Method. The bronze die extrusion and slow drying process ensure excellent firmness, elasticity and perfect cooking performance.
Their rough surface allows sauces to cling perfectly, making them ideal for tomato sauces, vegetables, seafood or meat-based recipes.
