This blanched almond flour is produced with the best almonds harvested at the right moment of ripeness and selected for their aromatic profile, taste, flavor and color. After being grown in the best fields and carefully selected, the almonds are dried naturally, exposed to the sun's rays during growth and left in the sun for a few days after harvesting to enhance their aromatic profile and extend their shelf life up to 24 months. Subsequently, the almonds are peeled with a jet of water steam, ground and finally enriched with pure beet sugar.
