Mastroberardino More Maiorum Bianco is a refined wine, with a straw yellow color, which stands out for its aromatic complexity and freshness. On the nose, mineral and marine iodine nuances emerge, accompanied by notes of candied fruit, yellow flowers, vanilla and smoky touches. On the palate, the wine is fresh and savoury with a particular persistence, enriched by hints of toasted dried fruit and notes of limestone. The softness of Fiano blends splendidly with the lively freshness, structure and density of Greco. It is ideal for pairing with shellfish appetizers, fish or legume soups, pasta or risotto with seafood, and second courses such as white meats and smoked fish. With an aging potential of over 25 years, the wine reaches its maximum potential and should be served at a temperature of 14-15 °C for optimal tasting.
