The Fiano di Avellino DOCG by Nugnes is a wine produced exclusively with Fiano di Avellino grapes grown in the Avellino area. This wine is made with the Guyot cultivation system on clayey soils. The harvest, carried out by hand towards the end of October, guarantees a careful selection of the grapes. The winemaking takes place at a controlled temperature, followed by maturation for 5 months in steel tanks. From an organoleptic point of view, it has a light straw yellow colour. On the palate, it offers a full flavor with the right acidity, accompanied by hints of toasted hazelnut, bitter almond and spices. With an alcohol content of 13.5%, it is a structured wine that lends itself well to different gastronomic combinations.
