It uses land rotation, alternating two years of soybeans with rice sowing, enriching the soil with natural nitrogen and reducing the use of herbicides and fertilizers. It adopts the innovative "dry" sowing technique in buried rows, minimizing the use of water and pesticides and improving plant health thanks to better soil oxygenation. It is committed to reducing grain processing defects to a minimum, keeping them close to 0% despite the specification allowing a maximum of 5%. The result is a very high quality rice, with a unique taste and consistency, the result of sustainable cultivation methods and artisanal care in the manufacturing processes.
