The Aglianico Vignolè D.O.C. wine from Vinicola del Sannio comes from the historic area of Solopaca, famous for its winemaking tradition. This red wine, obtained from a blend of grapes with a predominance of Sangiovese (70%), Aglianico (20%) and Barbera del Sannio (10%), has an intense red color and bright purple reflections. Winemaking Technique: The alcoholic fermentation is followed by a maceration of the skins for about 7-8 days and by refinement and stabilization in a steel tank, which give the wine a soft and slightly tannic structure. Organoleptic Characteristics: Visual Examination: Intense red with purple reflections, brilliant. Olfactory Examination: Vinous and fruity, with an intense bouquet. Gustatory Examination: Slightly tannic, soft and pleasant on the palate. Food Pairings: Ideal with pasta dressed in red, meat and cold cuts. With an alcohol content of 12% and served at an ideal temperature of 16-18°C, Vignolè is perfect for any convivial occasion. Available in 75cl format.
