Vinicola del Sannio Vino Fiano di Avellino D.O.C.G. VIGNOLÈ white

The Fiano di Avellino D.O.C.G. VIGNOLÈ by Vinicola del Sannio is a fine white wine, produced exclusively from authorized vineyards in the province of Avellino. These vineyards, located in hilly areas with good exposure, are grown on clay and limestone soils which give the wine its unique characteristics. The grape harvest takes place manually between the end of September and the first half of October. After soft pressing of the bunches, the must is fermented in steel tanks with the help of selected yeasts. This process preserves the integrity and organoleptic qualities of the wine. The wine has a pale straw yellow color and greenish reflections. On the nose, herbaceous aromas initially emerge which evolve into notes of exotic fruit. On the palate, the wine is appropriately acidic, with a good structure, savory and pleasant. The Fiano di Avellino D.O.C.G. VIGNOLÈ pairs elegantly with raw fish dishes, grilled fish and delicate fried foods. The alcohol content is 13% vol. and should be served at the ideal temperature of 8-10 °C.
