The Falerno del Massico Bianco D.O.C. by Cantine Moio is a white wine produced with Falanghina grapes grown in the Mondragone area. The grapes, harvested manually at the right level of ripeness, are transported to the cellar where they undergo soft pressing. The must obtained is cold statically clarified and then ferments at a controlled temperature of 16-18 °C for approximately 15 days. This wine has a straw yellow color and an elegant aroma of exotic fruit. On the palate, Falerno del Massico Bianco is soft and balanced, characterized by a high aromatic complexity that evolves over time into notes of honey and white flowers.
