Vinosia Vino Marziacanale Taurasi DOCG is a strong-willed and rich red wine, born from the Aglianico vineyards located in Montefalcione, in a fresh and deep volcanic soil. The harvest, carried out in the first ten days of November, and the careful vinification, with maceration of about 15 days and aging of 12-15 months in French oak barriques, give this wine a strong and complex character. The intense ruby red color is accompanied by a bouquet with toasted nuances of chocolate and coffee, completed by hints of red fruits. On the palate, Marziacanale is balanced, enveloping and of excellent body, with a structure that tends to soften with aging. Ideal in combination with red meats and mature cheeses, it should be served at a temperature of 18-20 ° C to best enhance its qualities.
