Straw yellow in color with green reflections and a noticeably intense perfume. Sensations of
freshness progressively increase giving a balanced and pleasant taste.
It goes well with pasta dishes with delicate fish sauces and seafood risottos but also with pastas with vegetables typical of the rural tradition, such as pasta and peas, green beans, courgettes, chickpeas, lentils and so on according to the season and imagination. For the second white meats, crustaceans, fishes in
stewed. Excellent, for example in combination with baby octopus and prawn soups.
