Made 100% with Coda di Volpe grapes, it comes from the hills of Sannio Beneventano in Campania, an area renowned for the production of high quality wines. With an alcohol content of 13.5%, this wine stands out for its freshness and complexity. The grapes are harvested in the second half of September and subjected to cryo-maceration at 8°C, followed by soft pressing. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled and constant temperature of 15°C for 20 days.
