The expressive charge of Aglianico combined with the soft fruit typical of Piedirosso give this wine pleasantness and satisfying durability.
Grapes: 90% Aglianico, 10% Piedirosso.
Soil: hilly, clayey limestone.
Harvest: October.
Vinification: maceration for about 10 days, fermentation conducted also with autochthonous yeast starter, malolactic fermentation carried out completely.
Color: Garnet red color
Aroma: The nose recalls wild black fruit, liquorice and undergrowth
Taste: Pulpy, spicy and with vital tannins, expressed with great softness.
Accompaniments: Excellent wine to pair with red meats and meat guchi.
Serve at the ideal temperature of 14-16 ° C
