What makes our cantuccini unique is the double cooking: after cutting they are baked again, thus becoming even more crunchy.

Method of preparation
Pairings: Cantuccini are excellent alone or accompanied by a vin santo which, thanks to its intense notes of dried fruit and honey, creates a perfect combination. Sapori recommends the Vin Santo DOC from Podere dello Sgretoli Montecarlo in combination.
