The AMINEO Coda di Volpe I.G.P. wine from Cantina Del Taburno is a refined white wine, produced with hand-picked grapes in the D.O.C. production area. Taburno. This wine has an alcohol content of 13% and is obtained from hilly terrain facing south-east, located at an altitude of 200-600 meters above sea level. The soils are characterized by clayey limestone marl. Winemaking involves destemming and pressing of the grapes, followed by soft pressing. The must ferments at 15°C in stainless steel tanks, with a 4-month pre-bottling refinement in oak barriques. ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS The color is straw yellow, the aroma, delicate and complex, is decidedly fruity. The flavor is full and balanced and has a persistent finish of well-ripe exotic fruit.
