Produced purely, Bue Apis uses an original clone of the so-called Aglianico amaro, vinified with the aim of enhancing the extraordinary potential of this ancient vine. The grapes are harvested manually in the first ten days of November, when they have reached full ripeness. The vinification involves a long maceration of 40 days, followed by aging for 18 months in new oak and chestnut barriques. This process gives the wine a complex structure and unique depth, making it a label of great value. Bue Apis stands out for its 14% alcohol content and its organoleptic characteristics that make it an ideal companion for special occasions and for those looking for a wine of great intensity and longevity.
