Greek wine Sannio D.O.P. white from the Solopaca winery is one of the oldest and most typical varieties of Campania. The Greco grapes are harvested in mid-September and vinified in purity with a soft and delicate pressing at a controlled temperature, guaranteeing a high quality product. This wine has a straw yellow color, more or less intense, and offers a bouquet of fruity and floral aromas. On the palate, the flavor is dry and balanced, making it ideal to accompany appetizers and delicate seafood first courses, white meats, grilled vegetables, pizza and mozzarella. The recommended serving temperature is 9-10°C.
