Solopaca Rosso Superiore Sannio DOP from Cantine di Solopaca is a red wine with great character, obtained from Sangiovese and Aglianico grapes grown in a restricted area of the municipality of Solopaca. After a long maceration and aging for 18 months in oak barrels, this wine develops an intense ruby color, tending to brick red with aging. The aroma is complex and delicate, with notes of violet, strawberry, morello cherry and moss. On the palate it is dry, harmonious and velvety. Ideal with roasts, game, tasty first courses and mature cheeses. Serve at 16-18°C.
