De Cecco Whole Wheat Spaghetti n°12 are made from whole durum wheat semolina, naturally rich in fibre and phosphorus. Produced according to the De Cecco Method, they use cold mountain water, bronze die extrusion and slow low-temperature drying.
They offer excellent cooking resistance and a balanced flavour, ideal for both light and traditional sauces.
