The Caserecce di Gragnano PGI from Fabbrica della Pasta is a smooth pasta shape rolled up on itself, similar to a small parchment curved towards the tip. Originally from Sicily but also widespread in the Centre-South, Caserecce are ideal for the classic ragù but their smooth and delicately porous surface is perfectly suited to any type of sauce, from the most complex to the simplest. Made according to tradition, they use the best first extraction coarse grain semolina mixed with pure water from the Monti Lattari spring. Bronze drawing and long, delicate drying at low temperatures help to guarantee a unique, high-quality product.
