The name "Mafaldine" is a tribute to Queen Mafalda of Savoy, and for this reason they are also called "reginette". Produced according to the ancient family tradition, the Mafaldine of the Pasta Factory are made with top quality durum wheat semolina and pure water from the Lattari Mountains. Bronze drawing and slow drying at low temperature guarantee a high quality pasta with an authentic flavour.
