With an alcohol content of 13.5%, this wine stands out for its floral aroma and notes of white pulp. The grapes are harvested in the second half of September. Vinification includes cryo-maceration at 8°C followed by soft pressing. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 13-14°C for 15 days.
