The slow cast-iron cylinder milling process preserves the grain’s nutritional and sensory qualities, maintaining the most valuable parts of the kernel and ensuring excellent flavor and workability.

PETRA 0202 Maiorca is perfect for shortcrust pastry, cakes, baked desserts, whipped mixtures and small sweet leavened products. Its natural fiber content and balanced structure provide soft doughs and authentic Sicilian grain aroma.
