The Terre Cerasè PGI Rocca dei Leoni Rosè by Villa Matilde is a wine with a pale and pale pink colour. On the nose, dominant notes of fresh fruit such as strawberries, blueberries, blackberries and cherries are perceived, accompanied by floral sensations of dog rose, violet and wisteria. On the palate, the wine is soft and full, making it ideal as an aperitif and in combination with fish preparations in sauce and white meats. It is particularly recommended with buffalo mozzarella from Campania, Neapolitan pizza, fish soup and cold cuts platter. The grapes come from the areas of Foglianise and Ponte (BN) and San Castrese - Sessa Aurunca (CE).
