The Greco di Tufo DOCG by Nugnes is a white wine obtained from 100% Greco di Tufo grapes, grown in the clayey soils of the Avellino area. The vines are trained with the Guyot system, which allows for quality production. The harvest, carried out by hand towards the end of October, ensures the selection of the best grapes for winemaking. The winemaking process takes place at a controlled temperature and maturation takes place for 5 months in steel tanks. This wine stands out for its broad aroma, with notes of orange blossom, citrus peel and marked sensations of toasted almond. On the palate, it is full and full-bodied, with a perfect balance between softness and acidity, resulting intense and persistent. The alcohol content of 13.5% gives the wine a notable structure, making it ideal for refined gastronomic pairings.
