Neapolitan, the PASTIERA. Thanks to the gelled starch, CHIRICO cooked wheat allows you to mix all the ingredients perfectly, avoiding adding a lot of butter and eggs to the dough.

Ingredients: Powder mix for shortcrust pastry (soft wheat flour "00", sugar,
wheat starch, soy flour, whey powder, stabilizer: gum
xanthan; raising agents: disodium diphosphate, sodium bicarbonate; flavourings,
coloring agent: annatto), "Chirico" cooked wheat (wheat, water, salt, corrector
acidity: citric acid), candied orange (orange peel, glucose-fructose syrup,
sucrose) ground cinnamon, orange blossom flavouring, vanillin.

300 g Prepared for shortcrust pastry
220 g CHIRICO Cooked Wheat
20 g Candied Orange
2 g Cinnamon powder
2 g Orange blossom flavour
