Pandoro is a traditional, most popular sweet golden bread from the Veneto region of Italy. The cake is baked in an eight-pointed star-shaped pan which gives it its distinctive shape, modeled on the Veronese mountains, where the cake was made for the first time. Pandoro Amarena Fabbri is a modern reinterpretation of this unique tradition.
