Our jams are 100% natural and produced with citrus and fruit from the Phlegraean Fields.
From an ancient peasant tradition in which the mandarin trees were given as a dowry to the daughters, they were in fact planted at the time of baptism, these fruits are grown in small citrus groves where the environment and volcanic soils give the fruits peculiar organoleptic characteristics .
A high percentage of fruit and absolute lack of additives, pectin or dyes, make their product healthy and of quality.
Our jams are 100% artisan and 100% natural

Ingredients: Mandarin, granulated sugar, lemon juice.
Storage: Room temperature, after opening the product should be stored at temperatures within 4 degrees, and consume within 14 days.
Taste: sweet, characterized by sour notes, it is ideal for breakfast, for the preparation of desserts and also for combinations with cheeses
