Large and with an intense reddish brown color, borlotti beans are the most widespread variety with the strongest flavor; a true concentrate of all the well-being of beans.
When cooking it is preferable not to add fat, rather trying to use aromatic herbs and perhaps wine to perfume.
After cooking the color becomes uniform and sweet and absorbs the flavor of the food in which it cooks; excellent in soups.
