Obtained with natural yeast produced with the mother's system. The product shows a superficial cross cut and has a golden brown crust on the surface. Inside, the product has quite a honeycomb
regular with some alveolus of different sizes. The color of the cooked dough is white. The scent and flavor are
strongly characterized by candied fruit and sultanas.
