Our artisanal Panettone of "CASA SURACE" with apricot and salted caramel cream 950gr is a soft dough of the classic recipe, obtained with flour, natural sourdough, butter and fresh egg yolk, it is enriched with a delicious cream filling with salted caramel. The rich dough with pieces of apricot inside makes this Panettone a masterpiece of sweetness.

The package consists of:

1. Artisanal panettone with dough with apricot pieces inside 750g.

2. 200g salted caramel glass jar.

3. "FREE" personalized gambriule from Casa Surace.

Total weight with made in home filling 950gr (approximately).

Panettone ingredients: Soft WHEAT flour, cubes of candied pellecchiella apricots (23%) (pellicchiella variety apricots (49%), glucose-fructose syrup, sugar - acidity regulator: citric acid, flavouring), butter (MILK), sugar, free-range EGG yolk, natural yeast (soft WHEAT flour, water), honey, emulsifiers: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, salt, whole MILK powder, natural flavourings, natural vanilla flavouring.
May contain SOY, MUSTARD, LUPINS AND NUTS.
