Our artisanal Panettone with cookie cream 1kg is a soft dough from the classic recipe, obtained with flour, natural sourdough, butter and fresh egg yolk, and enriched with a delicious filling of cookie cream. The rich milk chocolate icing and Oreo biscuit crumbs make this Panettone a masterpiece of sweetness.
The package consists of:
1.Panettone covered with milk chocolate and Oreo biscuit crumbs 800g
2. 200g piping bag with cookie cream
Total weight with made in home filling 1kg (approximately).

EXPIRY DATE: 4 months from the date of production. After opening, consume within 10 days (store in its well-sealed bag).

PANETTONE INGREDIENTS: Soft WHEAT flour, butter (MILK), orange paste (orange peel, glucose-fructose syrup, sugar), sugar, free-range EGG yolk, natural yeast (soft WHEAT flour , water), honey, emulsifiers: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, salt, whole MILK powder, natural flavourings, natural vanilla flavouring. May contain SOY, MUSTARD, LUPINS AND NUTS. Coating: Milk chocolate: Sugar, vegetable oils, low-fat cocoa 10-12% cocoa butter, LACTOSE, HAZELNUTS 13%, skimmed MILK powder, emulsified: SOY lecithin, flavourings. Biscuit crumbs. May contain NUTS.
